Shipping and Delivery FAQ

How long does shipping usually take?

Items that are available online and have ready stock usually take 1-4 business days to fulfill. Orders will be promptly processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days.

Meanwhile preorder items usually take 14-45 business days (approximately 2-6 weeks) to fulfill (subject to change). For preorder items, you can track the progress via your Scanmed Customer Account, or give us a call at +65 6872 3660. 


Does my order comes with tracking?

Yes. All of our orders will be delivered by our selected delivery companies and courier services. For bulky items, we will give you a call in advance before we arrange the shipping in case there’s additional arrangements required.

Please do add a remark when you checkout as well if there's any special request for shipping arrangements.


Do I need to sign for my package?

Yes, for most of our items, a signature upon delivery is required. However, some courier services do not require so, please confirm with the courier services upon receive if necessary.


What happens if I insert an incorrect shipping address?

In case of an incorrect shipping address, please drop us an email at We are able to make adjustments provided that the items are not being processed yet, however do understand that once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make changes.
